Separate written estimates
Request an itemized distinction between healthcare charges, service-coordination fees, transport and accommodation. Only confirmed written quotations establish scope and price.
Before you pay
Verify the payee and cancellation terms. Resolve questions about responsibility, changes and follow-up before making commitments.
